When testing the Oracle connection or when going to MILPO Orders
or RPAM, you could get this error:
ORA-12537: TNS: connection closed
This is caused by the Oracle server refusing to allow a
connection from the PERMS Integrator workstation's IP
address. Make sure the workstation has a static IP address,
then get your RCAS DBA to add your workstation's IP address into
the SQLNET.ORA file on the RCAS database server.
